Agreement

ShareSpeak is provided by inifo, LLC. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ShareSpeak on devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app.

Your content

Recordings and transcripts you create are yours. They are stored on your device and we neither receive nor claim any rights to them. You are responsible for what you record — including having the right to record any other person, which in some places requires their consent. Please check the rules that apply where you are.

Purchases

Full Access is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase sold through the App Store. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Payment, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service — we cannot issue refunds directly, so refund requests go to Apple.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the app working on currently supported versions of iOS, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

No warranty

ShareSpeak is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Speech recognition is inherently imperfect and transcripts may contain errors. Do not rely on a transcript where accuracy is critical without checking it against the recording.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, inifo, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost recordings or inaccurate transcripts. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
